The Deaf Connect website was intentionally designed with the goal of empowering members of the Deaf community to actively engage with the content, support services and resource materials.
Embeded AUSLAN video translations made it easier for all users regardless of ability to access the content.
The website is a business tool, designed to also support the organisation and make it easier for them to do their work. We set up enquiry forms in key areas that integrated with a CRM, allowing the Deaf Connect team to more easily respond to customer questions.
